Fees

School Fees

One-time Fees

  • $25 Registration - One time fee. Applies to Level I students only. Fee waived if the Registration Survey was completed. 
  • $5 ID Badge - One time fee. Replacement badges cost $5.
  • $10 Parking Permit (optional) - Yearly fee.
  • Uniform Fees - Varies by program. Visit SCCTC.org/Tools for details.
  • Tool Fees - Varies by program. Visit SCCTC.org/Uniforms for details.

Yearly Fees

  • $50 Chromebook - Yearly fee to cover costs associated with student Chromebooks.
  • $75 School Fee - Yearly fee.
  • Uniform Fees - Varies by program. Visit SCCTC.org/Uniforms for details.

Lost or damaged items will incur additional fees. For questions on fees or paying fees please contact Mrs. Holstein in the Guidance Office; 937-325-7368 x118 or email.

Payment Options

Payments can be made by:

  • Cash - Cash payments can be made in-person at the Guidance Office with Mrs. Holstein.
  • Check - Checks should be given to Mrs. Holstein in the Guidance Office. Please make checks payable to Springfield-Clark CTC and include the student's name in the memo section.
  • Credit card - Credit card payments can be made in-person with Mrs. Holstein in the Guidance Office or online through your student's PaySchools Central account. Visit SCCTC.org/PaySchools to setup or access the account.

Heads-up: After you add money, it may take up to 10 minutes before those funds are available for your student to use in the lunch line. So if you're topping off their account in the morning, be sure to give yourself a little buffer time.

Fee Assistance Program

CTC's Fee Assistance Program is designed to help parents and students with the costs of school fees, uniforms, and tool kits.
 
If you would like to apply to waive school fees (uniform, tool, and lab fees), you will need to complete the following forms:
  • Ohio Household Income Survey
    • Complete the form online via PaySchools.
    • Need a printed form or assistance with PaySchools? Email Mrs. Holstein in the Guidance Office.
