2026-27 School Year Information

We are excited to welcome you back to Springfield-Clark CTC! As we plan for the new school year, we want to share some important information with you.

New vs Returning Students

For the purposes of Back To School, NEW and RETURNING NEW STUDENTS are defined as:

NEW Students: Incoming juniors, seniors who are new to a career-tech program, and JAG Academy students.

RETURNING Students: Students who have already completed 1 year of their career-tech program.

Returning Students are expected to be at school full day.

Forms must be completed by Friday, August 21 or you will not be able to participate in your lab.

Pay Fees + Setup Lunch Accounts

Whether you’re new to CTC or returning for another great year, it’s time to make sure your PaySchools Central account is ready to go!

* School fees may not appear in your PaySchools account until just before Orientation Night.

School Communications in ParentSquare

CTC uses ParentSquare to communicate with students and families! With ParentSquare you can:

Activate your ParentSquare account by signing in using the phone number or email you used to setup your student's FinalForms account.

You can also text START to 66458 to activate the process.

Important Dates

First Day of School for RETURNING STUDENTS (except Jaguar Academy students): Thursday, August 20

Champion City Photography will be sending purchasing information directly to your email. Please make sure your email is up-to-date in your FinalForms account.

Bus Riders

Student Drivers

For the first few days of school, all student drivers should use the Selma Road Entrance and park in Parking Lot A. Staff will be on site to direct students into parking spots with all cars facing the school.

Students will need to apply for and purchase a parking permit to continue parking on campus. The Parking Permit Application is in FinalForms. You will need a picture of your drivers license and proof of insurance to complete the application.
