Software Programming Technologies students collaborate on a project in the program lab at the Springfield-Clark Career Tech C

In the fast-growing field of Information Technology, students study  the development, maintenance, and use of computer systems, software, and networks for the processing and distribution of data.

Our Cybersecurity program prepares students to provide protection against hacking and cybersecurity threats by learning about game theory, cryptography, operating systems, network infrastructure, and productivity applications. In Software Programming Technologies, students learn programming languages currently used in industry, web applications, database applications, and productivity applications.
