Welcome to The Jaguar Room, the most unique restaurant in Clark County! We are a student-run bistro nestled on the campus of the Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center (CTC). Get ready for a dining experience that'll blow your taste buds away!

Here at The Jaguar Room, we've got your lunch cravings covered. Our talented student chefs whip up tantalizing meals like our creamy and comforting Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo, where tender chicken and crisp broccoli are smothered in a homemade Alfredo sauce, creating a symphony of flavors. For a taste of the Big Easy, try our Chicken New Orleans, featuring succulent chicken cooked with Cajun spices and served with a side of zesty rice.
If you're in the mood for some comfort food with a twist, our Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese is a must-try. Savory pulled pork is generously combined with house made creamy mac and cheese, creating a delightful blend of flavors and textures. For those who like a little kick, our Buffalo Mac and Cheese takes classic mac and cheese to a whole new level with spicy buffalo sauce.

Our Vegetable Teriyaki offers a delightful medley of fresh veggies glazed in teriyaki sauce. It, along with our Chicken and Shrimp Curry can be made gluten-free. Additionally, we offer gluten-free pasta for our pasta dishes.

Choose from options like our Bacon Cheeseburger, loaded with crispy bacon and melted cheese, or our Rodeo Burger with housemade BBQ sauce, bacon, cheese, and crispy onion straws for that extra crunch.
For those seeking a burger fit for royalty, our Royal Burger features bacon, a fried egg, and a dollop of sweet chili mayo that adds a unique twist. And if you're feeling daring, try our Filthy Burger, topped with bacon, cheese, pulled pork, and coleslaw for a flavor explosion.
If sandwiches are your go-to, we've got you covered. Indulge in our Turkey Bacon Melt, where tender turkey and crispy bacon are grilled to perfection and topped with melted cheese. At The Jaguar Room, we love to keep things fresh and exciting by embracing the ever-changing world of culinary education. Our menu evolves periodically, reflecting what our talented students are learning in the classroom and the kitchen.
Hours
The Jaguar Room is open. Level I students will be prepping in the kitchen and Level II students serving in the restaurant.
We are typically open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.. However, we may close our doors to accommodate school-related events and to prepare for culinary competitions.
