Six CTC students competed at the 2025 BPA National Leadership Conference in Orlando, showcasing their skills in business, technology, and leadership events. Highlights included a 5th-place national finish, Torch Award honors, and a silver medal in Microsoft certification. The experience offered real-world challenges, industry networking, and career preparation—showcasing what it means to be Career Ready, College Ready, and Life Ready on a national stage.

CTC welcomes David DeHart to its Board of Education, representing Clark-Shawnee Local School District. DeHart brings two decades of education leadership to the CTC Board of Education. Since joining the Clark-Shawnee Local School Board in May 2005, he has served in various capacities, including multiple terms as Board President. He played a key role in the district’s recent growth, serving on the New Facilities Committee during the high school’s renovation and construction of the new elementary school.

These outstanding seniors were selected based on their grade point average (GPA). During their time at CTC they have demonstrated academic excellence and dedication to their career field.

From Comics to 3D Models: Resident Artist Helps Students Bring Stories to Life

Computer Graphic Arts students worked with cartoonist Jerzy Drozd over the course of the semester to develop their own character and comic book. This experience helped them develop skills in visual storytelling, design, writing, and communication.
