Congratulations to the 398 students—more than half of CTC’s student body—who earned a spot on the A or A/B Honor Roll for the second semester! Your hard work and dedication have paid off, and we’re proud to celebrate your achievements. Keep up the great work! 🎉👏
CTC students showcased their skills and leadership at the SkillsUSA State Championships, competing in 18 events and earning top placements—including one national qualifier! 🎉 In addition six students ran for state offices and four students volunteered to help with the Culinary Arts competition. We’re incredibly proud of their hard work and achievements. Congrats to all our competitors and volunteers! 👏
CTC hosted local school leaders for its annual CTE Month Dinner, where students shared their experiences, career-tech opportunities, and thoughts on CTC’s future as plans for a new school take shape.
Six students, alongside CTC Superintendent Michelle Patrick, proudly accepted the county-wide proclamation during the commission meeting on January 29. The students shared how their career-tech programs have shaped their skills and prepared them for future success in industries ranging from healthcare and cosmetology to education and agriculture.

CTC students accepted a proclamation from the Springfield City Commission recognizing Career-Technical Education Month, sharing how hands-on learning is preparing them for future careers in diverse industries.

January is School Board Recognition Month, and CTC is celebrating by showcasing the nine-member Board of Education. Under the board's leadership, CTC has expanded our satellite programs, passed a levy, and guided the formation of career-tech programs like Criminal Justice.
