What is SkillsUSA?

SkillsUSA is a national organization that helps career-tech students build the skills they need to succeed in college, careers, and life. With nearly 400,000 members across the country, SkillsUSA gives students the chance to grow in three key areas: personal skills, workplace skills, and technical skills. Students not only practice hands-on skills in more than 140 career fields—from welding to first aid—but they also develop the “soft skills” employers value most, like teamwork, communication, and leadership.
