New Positions Expand Career Awareness Activities at CTC
We’ve added two new positions designed to help further our mission of bringing career awareness and career readiness to K-12 students throughout the county. These new roles, Career Awareness Supervisor and Career Pathways Leader, will be filled by veteran staff members Christina Steffanni and Rebecca Shackelford. The duo will work with CTC’s Curriculum Director, Dr. Pam Noeth, to provide Tour ‘N Explore events for elementary and middle school students to visit campus and to expand the career-awareness camps for teachers.

“We’re excited to expand upon Dr. North’s career kits and other career awareness opportunities to help the students of Clark County explore the myriad of career opportunities available to them,” shared Michelle Patrick, CTC Superintendent.
We’re confident these changes will positively impact students and help us fulfill our vision of getting every student Career Ready, College Ready, Life Ready.
