From academics to career-tech labs to satellite classrooms across Clark County, these professionals bring energy, experience, and a passion for helping students be Career Ready, College Ready, and Life Ready!

Welcome to CTC Mr. Bacigalupo
Mr. Bacigalupo joins CTC as the Criminal Justice Program Instructor, where he will prepare students to explore careers in law enforcement and criminal justice. He brings extensive professional experience, having served as a police patrol officer with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Defense Logistics Agency, and later as a police officer instructor responsible for maintaining training standards across his department. Mr. Bacigalupo is excited to guide students as they discover their potential futures in public service and develop the skills needed to thrive in this field.
 
Outside the classroom, he enjoys gardening and spending time with his wife, Ty, their one-year-old son, and two dogs, Teddy and Daisy. Mr. Bacigalupo remains active in the veteran community, regularly engaging with veterans at the Dayton VA Medical Center.
Welcome to CTC Ms. Bartlow
Ms. Bartlow joins CTC as a Teacher’s Aide, supporting teachers and staff while building connections with students. She brings a diverse background that includes serving as a Correctional Lieutenant and working as a pharmacy technician from an early age. Ms. Bartlow is excited to get to know the CTC community and contribute to student success.
 
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her close-knit family, including her niece and nephew, and her chocolate lab, Maggie. Ms. Bartlow loves working on Legos and puzzles, cheering at sporting events, and exploring the outdoors.
Welcome to CTC Mrs. Colvin
Mrs. Colvin joins CTC as an Intervention Specialist, bringing a deep commitment to guiding students toward their educational and post-educational goals. She previously served as Transition Coordinator for Springfield City Schools and co-taught in 4th and 5th grade at Mills Lawn in Yellow Springs.
 
Outside of school, Mrs. Colvin and her husband, Rob, have been married for 33 years and enjoy life with their four grown kids and growing crew of grandkids. In her free time, she’s active in her church and happily binge-watching Korean rom-coms (no judgment!).
Welcome to CTC Mr. Elam
Mr. Elam joins CTC as a Computer Science Instructor, teaching programming, artificial intelligence, and information technology at Northwestern High School. He brings experience teaching high school math courses including Algebra, Geometry, Probability & Statistics, and Financial Literacy, and is excited to introduce new career-tech opportunities to motivated students. Mr. Elam is passionate about combining his love of teaching with his real-world experience in technology, helping students explore skills they may one day turn into careers.
 
Outside the classroom, Mr. Elam enjoys coaching and mentoring young athletes, he has coached youth basketball, soccer, and baseball, and also served as a high school baseball umpire for 10 years. His wife, Rachel, is also a teacher and together they have four children.
Welcome back to CTC Mr. Elliott
Mr. Elliott returns to CTC as an alumnus of the Auto Services program, ready to inspire the next generation of students in the same classrooms where he once studied. He brings over 22 years of industry experience, including 16 years as a VW Master Mechanic and six years as a Service Manager. Mr. Elliott is especially passionate about helping students who are eager to learn automotive skills and making a positive impact on their career journeys. His experience with youth mentorship and the Y.E.S. Auto program has prepared him to guide students through job shadowing and hands-on training.
 
Mr. Elliott and his wife—also a CTC alum from the Dental program—share a love for boating, camping, golf, and spending time outdoors. He still enjoys working on engines in his free time and takes pride in giving back to the school that helped launch his own career.
Welcome to CTC Mr. Evans
Mr. Evans joins CTC as an Educational Aide and will be leading , where he looks forward to serving as a mentor and guiding students as they prepare for the real world. In addition to education, Mr. Evans is a licensed cosmetologist with seven years of experience across commission salons, independent work, photo shoots, and fashion shows. He currently owns and operates his own studio space as part of a collective of beauty professionals and continues to stay active in the industry.
 
Outside of school, Mr. Evans enjoys exploring local coffee shops and markets, spending time with his three-year-old bernedoodle, Molly, and volunteering at Kirkmont Center, where he serves as a camp counselor for high school students each summer and contributes as a member of the programming committee.
Welcome to CTC Mrs. Goodridge
Mrs. Goodridge joins CTC as a Cosmetology Instructor Assistant, where she will support students in preparing for their state board cosmetology license. A licensed professional for 12 years, she is both a salon owner and a CTC alum who always dreamed of returning as an instructor. She is passionate about helping students succeed in the industry she loves.
 
Outside of school, Mrs. Goodridge and her family stay active with farm life, raising cattle, calves, and chickens alongside their cats and dogs. She enjoys camping, trips to the beach, and time spent with her husband and two children.
Welcome to CTC Mrs. Goodwin
Mrs. Goodwin joins CTC as a Satellite Instructor at Shawnee High School, where she will teach Career Exploration for grades 7–8 and Financial Literacy for grades 9–10. She brings 26 years of experience with Springfield City Schools, teaching a variety of grade levels including 2nd, 4th, 5th, and most recently 6th grade Science and Social Studies. Mrs. Goodwin is excited to dive into a new curriculum and get to know her Shawnee students as they explore pathways for the future.
 
Mrs. Goodwin enjoys traveling, decorating, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband, Clint, recently celebrated their first anniversary and love working together on home projects. With three adult children, a sweet dog named Maize, and a cat named Theo, Mrs. Goodwin stays busy and looks forward to this new chapter as part of the CTC team.
Welcome to CTC Mr. Graham
Mr. Graham is a licensed Journeyman Wireman with years of experience in large-scale projects, including work at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, the Speedway headquarters, and the DMAX plant in Brookville. He’s looking forward to helping the next generation of students learn the trade and discover rewarding careers in the industry.
 
Mr. Graham is married, has a young son, and enjoys attending church. As a family the Grahams enjoy singing, camping, motorcycle rides, and outdoor adventures.
Welcome to CTC Mrs. Malone
Mrs. Malone joins CTC as an Educational Aide, working with students individually and in small groups to help them succeed in their chosen career paths. She has seen firsthand the power of hands-on learning—beginning with her career at Nightingale Montessori and later at Warder Park Wayne, where she implemented experiential lessons that helped students make remarkable progress, even transitioning some into general education classrooms.
 
As both a CTC alum (Culinary Arts, 2004) and a CTC parent, Mrs. Malone brings a unique perspective and deep commitment to her work. Her oldest son graduated from CTC’s Digital Media Design program, her daughter is beginning the Cybersecurity program, and her youngest may one day follow in their footsteps. Outside of school, Mrs. Malone enjoys life with her three children.
Welcome to CTC Ms. Miller
Ms. Miller returns to CTC this fall as our new English Language Arts Instructor. She’s been part of the CTC community since 2022, previously serving as a Career Pathway Leader and long-term substitute English teacher. Ms. Miller is excited to help 11th and 12th graders strengthen their reading and writing skills and see how literacy connects to their real-world goals.
 
Outside of the classroom, she enjoys reading, creating art, playing piano, and supporting local youth through writing camps and community programs. She lives in Fairborn with her cat, Bobby.
Welcome to CTC Ms. Miller
Ms. Miller joins CTC as a Medical Assisting Instructor, where she will help shape the next generation of healthcare professionals by blending real-world experience with hands-on learning. Before coming to CTC, she served as a Senior Medical Assistant and Safety Champion at The Ohio State University and previously worked with Premier Orthopedics. Angela is especially excited to give back to the community where she started and to guide students toward becoming skilled, compassionate medical professionals.
 
Outside the classroom, Ms. Miller is a proud mom of two daughters and two bonus sons. Her busy household also includes three dogs, a cat, and two dwarf hamsters. She enjoys sports, crafting, and anything family-related—especially being involved in her kids’ activities and celebrating their successes.
Welcome to CTC Mrs. Razics
Mrs. Razics joins CTC as an embedded English Teacher, providing instruction to students in Education Exploration, Criminal Justice, and Digital Media Design. She brings 14 years of teaching experience, most recently at New Lebanon High School, where she taught Sophomore and Junior English.
 
In addition to her classroom experience, Mrs. Razics served as a Student Orientation and Progress Coordinator at Clark State College, where she worked closely to help students build academic skills and achieve success.
 
Mrs. Razics and her husband enjoy spending time with their two adult children, hiking, and traveling to new places. They share their home with two energetic dogs, Tootsie and Boogie, who keep them on their toes.
Congrats on your new role Mr. Slusher
A proud graduate of CTC’s Culinary Arts program, Mr. Slusher returns to where his passion for food began—this time as an Instructor Aide. He brings hands-on experience from his time as First Cook for CTC’s food service program at GISA, where he helped reshape how students view school lunches.
 
Mr. Slusher also owned and operated Diamond Dogs Food Truck for five years, serving at festivals, private events, and local food rallies. He’s excited to work alongside Chef Hay and Chef Remias and to get back on the food truck—this time, helping students develop real-world culinary skills. Outside of work, Mr. Slusher enjoys golfing, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his wife and their dog.
Welcome to CTC Ms. Turcotte
Ms. Turcotte joins CTC as a Science Instructor, where she will teach anatomy, microbiology, and matter and energy. A recent graduate of Cedarville University, Ms. Turcotte gained classroom experience through field placements at Cedar Cliff High School and Jacob Coy Middle School, and served as a peer group leader for General Chemistry. She is especially excited to develop her own teaching style and learn from her colleagues while helping students grow in both knowledge and confidence.
 
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Turcotte enjoys crocheting, hiking, and baking. She has one older brother, two cats, and is active in her community through Heritage Fellowship Church.
Welcome to CTC Mr. Worthington
Mr. Worthington joins CTC full-time as the Aviation Instructor, where he’ll teach students the fundamentals of flight and drone operation while helping them work toward earning their FAA Part 107 certification. After serving as a long-term substitute at CTC for the past two years—teaching Chemistry, Anatomy & Physiology, Matter & Energy, and Math—Mr. Worthington is excited to launch the new Aviation program and share his passion for flight with students.
 
A graduate of Tecumseh High School and Wittenberg University, Mr. Worthington enjoys fishing and spending time with his two sisters. He’s ready to help students take learning to new heights!
