Celebrating the Staff Service & Dedication

Before students fill the halls for a new school year, CTC staff come together for Opening Days—a time to prepare for the year ahead, welcome new team members, and celebrate the people who keep CTC moving forward.

And it takes a lot of different people and expertise to make a school work. From teaching and supporting students to maintaining boiler systems, managing computer networks, preparing meals, keeping facilities running, and everything in between, every role contributes to creating an environment that prepares students to be Career Ready. College Ready. Life Ready.

From employees completing their first year at Springfield-Clark CTC to one celebrating an incredible 30 years, CTC recognized 39 staff members representing a combined 245 years of service to students and the district.

A special shoutout goes to George White, Forestry & Parks Management Instructor, for 20 years of service and to Lois Reynolds, Educational Aide, for an incredible 30 years of service at CTC.
