Letter from the Superintendent: Contact during Closure

Superintendent Letter

March 25, 2020

Dear SCCTC Families:

It’s hard to believe we’re “on spring break” and are all pretty much confined to our homes through the Governor’s stay-at-home order. I realize everyone is trying to define a temporary normal as we await the latest information from local and state officials. Throughout this process, we want you to know we are here for you.  We have created a local call line and email address for your convenience. Please call this number: 937-325-7368 X 0 and/or email this email address: questions@scctc.org at any time if there is something we can do for you. We have a variety of resources at our fingertips and, if we are unable to help you in that moment, we will do everything we possibly can to guide you to the right place. We will also be adding support information to our website as we get it.  Please remember there are local hotlines and a lot of community support for all of us as we navigate through this unprecedented time.

Here at the SCCTC, we are committed to doing whatever we can to ensure you and your student feel healthy, safe, engaged, challenged and supported.  We are committed to continued teaching and learning and in supporting our students in an alternative environment until this pandemic comes to an end. If you haven’t done so already, please check out our website (www.scctc.org) and Facebook (facebook.com/SpringfieldClarkCTC) regularly. We plan to share success stories and relevant information as it unfolds there, as well.

In the meantime, please stay safe and healthy. We will see you all as soon as possible.

Sincerely,

Michelle R. Patrick

Superintendent
