1. Go to SCCTC.org/StudentSquare

2. In the REGISTER area enter your CTC email address

3. Click "Get Started".

4. Download the App (optional)

If you need assistance with setting up StudentSquare here are some resources:

• Didn't receive the activation email? Call the Main Office at 937-325-7368 x245.
• Able to login but unsure of how to use the app? Visit the Help Section within the app. You can find it in the Upper Left menu (the 3 stacked lines). And then select HELP on the bottom left. 
• Unsure if your student should download the app? Yes, students will download and use the StudentSquare app. 

Check your email for an Account Confirmation Email from the FinalForms Mailman. Once you receive the email click Confirm Your Account in the email.

For the 2023-24 school year, emails will be sent on August 4.  If you did not receive an email on August 4, please contact the main office at 937-325-7368 x245.

FinalForms does not have an app, but the FinalForms website is designed for mobile use.

Check your email for an Account Activation Email from ParentSquare. Once you receive the email click Activate Your Account in the email.

For the 2023-24 school year, emails will be sent approximately 3 business days after forms are completed in FinalForms.  If you do not receive an email from ParentSquare or FinalForms, please contact the main office at 937-325-7368 x245.

• PaySchools Central support can be reached at 877-393-6628 or psc_help@payschools.com. PaySchools support is available 8:30am-7:30pm Eastern time Monday-Friday.

PARENT Account Setup

1. Make sure you have your student's Registration Key Number available. For the 2023-24 school year these were sent to parents through ParentSquare and a hard copy was given to students. If you need a Registration Key please call the Guidance Office, 937-325-7368 x118.
2. Visit SCCTC.org/ProgressBook and Click "Create Account".

STUDENT Account Setup

1. Sign in to your CTC Google account.
2. Go to Visit SCCTC.org/ProgressBook and click "Students Sign in with Google".
