How do I setup a PaySchools Central account?

Ready to setup an account?

Have your student's school ID number ready.
Go to SCCTC.org/PaySchools and click "Register" to create a new account.
Enter the information requested and follow the prompts on screen.
If you receive an error message stating “The registration was unsuccessful due to - User already exists” then please follow the steps below.
- You received this message because the same email address was used for PaySchools Central at another district.
- Enter a +1 (or any number) directly before the @ symbol in your email address
- ie: myemail@mydomain.com change to myemail+1@mydomain.com
- Notifications will still be delivered to your correct email address with this setup. This just allows the PaySchools system to create additional accounts using the same email address.
Once all information is entered, you will receive an email from PaySchools Central with a link to confirm registration and create a password. Then you can log in and begin using your account as often as you would like!

How do I setup a ProgressBook account?

PARENT Account Setup

Make sure you have your student's Registration Key Number available.If you need a Registration Key please call the Guidance Office, 937-325-7368 x118.
Visit SCCTC.org/ProgressBook and Click "Create Account".

STUDENT Account Setup

Sign in to your CTC Google account.
Go to Visit SCCTC.org/ProgressBook and click "Students Sign in with Google".

PBIS Rewards

PBIS Rewards is a 3rd party system and app that CTC uses to award PBIS points to students and award positive behaviors! Students use PBIS points to "buy" CTC swag, special treats, and other rewards.

What does PBIS stand for?

PBIS stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports. It is an evidence-based framework used by schools to improve school culture and student behavior, promoting a safe environment for learning. PBIS is based on several decades of research by major universities across the country. A key aspect of PBIS is focusing on more positive behaviors and less on negative behaviors.

Why PBIS?

Many students are not coming to school with the social and emotional skills they need to be successful in the classroom. In an environment in which positive behaviors are taught and recognized, students can develop into solid citizens, both at school and in the community.

PBIS decreases office discipline referrals, increases instructional time, and improves student achievement. It encourages the development of positive teacher-student relationships. In addition, it provides students with the foundational skills they will need for success in life.
