If you came to the watercolor basics class, you will select a photo of choice to transfer onto watercolor paper to work in color. If you are a beginner, select an easy subject (google easy watercolor paintings:)

Foraging in the Woods
Open to those who attended the Intro to Foraging course. We will be applying the knowledge we learned in our Intro course, walking through the woods to identify edible plants, mushrooms and herbs in our local area. Make sure to wear mud boots and bring extra shoes!

Foundations in Personal Finance
Students will learn key concepts in laying a solid foundation in their personal finances so they can avoid the many pitfalls that come with adulthood and living on your own. Topics will include setting your mindset on financial goals, budgeting, avoiding debt through proper saving and planning, insurance, credit, car buying, renting vs buying a home, Credit scores, retirement and investing, etc.

Need to take your permit test??
"Need to take your permit but you don't have a ride? During this session, we will be providing transportation to the BMV located in Huber Heights so that you are able to take your permit test! There are some requirements:
Students who are under 18-you are able to take your permit test but you will need to return with your parents to complete the process.
Students 18 and older-you are able to take your permit and complete the process if you have the following:
-social security card
-birth certificate
-proof of address
**Students who work, you are able to use your PAY STUB as your proof of address. Otherwise, you will need a bill and/or statement of some type that will prove residency.
We will be meeting with the students prior to the 29th to collect the documentation that you will need to have.

Giving to the Community - South Limestone Corridor Clean Up
Students, do you need community service for graduation or as part of NHS or NTHS? Do you enjoy breathing in the great outdoors while giving to our community? If you said yes to either or both, then this session could be for you! Join us as a 2022 Clark County Service Day volunteer. For this session, we will venture over to the S. Limestone Clean Up adventure. This group will start at Groceryland and be broken up by the project lead to disburse in the joining streets to clean up trash and be part of beautifying the neighborhood.

Promise Neighborhood Community Service Project
Students, do you need community service for graduation or as part of NHS or NTHS? Do you enjoy breathing in the great outdoors while giving to our community? Does the art of gardening interest you? If you said yes to either or all, then this session could be for you! Join us as a 2022 Clark County Service Day volunteer. For this session, we will venture over to the Promise Neighborhood where we will be preparing garden beds for the planting season – including weeding, mulching, and planting. This garden is used to provide produce throughout the summer to the local neighbors in need.
