Fees
Guidance Office: Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Checks should be made payable to Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center or Springfield-Clark CTC and include your student's name in the memo section.
PaySchools Central: Payments can be made using a credit card starting on ????
- $25 Registration - One time fee. Applies to Level I students only. Fee waived if the Registration Survey was completed.
- $5 ID Badge - One time fee. Replacement badges cost $5.
- $50 Chromebook - Yearly fee to cover costs associated with student Chromebooks.
- $75 School Fee - Yearly fee.
- Uniform Fees - Varies by program, see below.
- Tool Fees - Varies by program, see below.
- $10 Parking Permit (optional) - Yearly fee.
- Lost or damaged items will incur additional fees.
Students who qualify for Free Lunch through the National School Lunch Program will have their Chromebook, School, Uniform, and Tool fees waived. Students must apply for the Free Lunch Program every year, even if they received Free Lunch in the previous year.
Fee Assistance
CTC's Fee Assistance Program is designed to help parents and students with the costs of school fees, uniforms, and tool kits. To qualify for Fee Assistance, a student must be approved to receive Free Lunch through the National School Lunch Program.
