Fees

School Fees

  • $25 Registration - One time fee. Applies to Level I students only. Fee waived if the Registration Survey was completed. 
  • $5 ID Badge - One time fee. Replacement badges cost $5.
  • $50 Chromebook - Yearly fee to cover costs associated with student Chromebooks.
  • $75 School Fee - Yearly fee.
  • Uniform Fees - Varies by program. Visit SCCTC.org/Uniforms for details.
  • Tool Fees - Varies by program. Visit SCCTC.org/Uniforms for details.
  • $10 Parking Permit (optional) - Yearly fee.
  • Lost or damaged items will incur additional fees.

Payment Options

Payments can be made by:

  • Cash - Cash payments can be made in-person at the Guidance Office with Mrs. Holstein.
  • Check - Checks should be given to Mrs. Holstein in the Guidance Office. Please make checks payable to Springfield-Clark CTC and include the student's name in the memo section.
  • Credit card - Credit card payments can be made in-person with Mrs. Holstein in the Guidance Office or online through your student's PaySchools Central account. Visit SCCTC.org/PaySchools to setup or access the account.

Heads-up: After you add money, it may take up to 10 minutes before those funds are available for your student to use in the lunch line. So if you're topping off their account in the morning, be sure to give yourself a little buffer time.
