2023-24 School Year Information

We are excited to see at you at Springfield-Clark CTC! As we plan for the new school year, we want to share some important information with you. Please take a few moments to navigate through the information on this page.

New vs Returning Students

For the purposes of Back 2 School NEW and RETURNING NEW STUDENTS are defined as:

NEW Students: Incoming juniors, seniors who are new to a program, and JAG Academy students.

RETURNING Students: Students who have already completed 1 year of their program.

Student Forms & Accounts

Student Forms in FinalForms

Student enrollment forms are completed online. CTC uses the FinalForms platform for student forms. You will receive an email from FinalForms on August 4 to create an account and complete the online forms.

If you do not have access to the internet at home, there will be computer stations available during orientation on August 17.

Forms are due no later than August 25. Students are not permitted to participate in their lab until all forms are complete.

Student Fees AND School Meals in PaySchools Central

CTC uses PaySchools Central for:

School fees. Students who qualify for free lunch may also qualify for fee assistance.
Student breakfast and lunch accounts.
Student breakfast and lunch assistance. Free/reduced lunch and fee assistance must be applied for every year using the PaySchools Central website. Once in PaySchools Central, go to the Parents section and then Free/Reduced Lunch Application.

Important Dates

Student/Parent Orientation

August 17th: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

JAG Academy and students entering a new program, along with their parents, need to attend. Students will meet their instructors in their labs and pick up their schedules. This is the time for you to become familiar with your schedule, your teachers, and the locations of your classes. Bring your best smile, as your ID pictures will be taken this evening.

The CTC Food Truck along with other local food trucks will be available during Orientation!

Returning CTC students do not need to attend Student/Parent Orientation unless they are switching to a new program.

Transportation

Bus Riders
Bus transportation is provided by your home school, please contact your home school's transportation department to coordinate transportation.

Student Drivers
Students that will be driving must have a completed Parking Permit form in their FinalForms account. Once the permit is approved a fee will be assessed and the student will receive an email with instructions on how to pick up their parking permit.

Schedules

NEW Students (incoming juniors, seniors who have switched programs, and JAG Academy students) will pick up their schedules at Orientation on Thursday, August 17. If students are unable to attend Orientation, their schedule will be available in their lab program first thing in the morning on Tuesday, August 22.

RETURNING Students will pick up their schedule from their lab program first thing in the morning on Wednesday, August 23.

4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
*You do not need to attend the entire time, plan for an hour to cover all essential aspects!
