About The Tall Cop

Widely known as the Tall Cop, Officer Jermaine Galloway is dedicated to combating substance abuse.

With over 20 years of experience, Galloway has dedicated his career to helping communities combat the ever-evolving challenges of drug and alcohol use. He spent 18 years in law enforcement, serving in roles such as alcohol compliance officer, CSI, and DUI task force member, while mentoring new officers and leading field training efforts.

In 2007, Galloway launched “Tall Cop Says Stop™,” a company devoted to providing hands-on education, training, and strategies to professionals, parents, and community members. He has trained over 800,000 people across the U.S. and Canada, conducting more than 8,400 community scans to uncover hidden drug trends. His signature program, High in Plain Sight, is renowned for equipping participants with practical tools to spot concealed substance use.

Known for his engaging, fast-paced presentation style, Galloway delivers real-world insights into emerging drug trends, new concealment methods, and youth party culture. He’s been featured in articles, books, and media interviews, and most recently, launched the Tall Cop Says Stop Podcast to further spread his message: “You Can’t Stop What You Don’t Know™.”
