A La Carte Purchases

Additional items from the daily menu, as well as other food and beverages that comply with USDA Smart Snacks guidelines may be purchased separately to compliment schools meals or meals brought from home. These are called A La Carte or Extra Sales and require available funds at time of purchase. 

• Breakfast entree $1.50
• Lunch entree $2.00
• Extra fruit and vegetables $0.50 per serving
• Smart Snacks pricing varies depending on item 

What constitutes a meal?

Breakfast must contain a serving of fruit and/or vegetables and 2 servings of grain, meat/meat alternative and/or a serving of fluid milk.

Lunch includes 1 entree, up to 2 fruit sides, up to 2 vegetable sides, and 1 milk choice. To be considered a full meal, lunch must include a fruit, vegetable, or juice. 

Students may decline food groups as long as there is at least 1/2 cup of fruit or vegetable plus 2 other food groups on the tray. For the same price, students may select 3, 4, or all 5 food groups for a complete meal!

The universal free school meal program that has been available to ALL students for the past two years expired June 30. To receive free and reduced cost meals at school you must complete a Free/Reduced Meal Application. If you are unable to access the online application a paper application is available in the cafeteria and the Main Office

Families must complete a Free/Reduced Meal Application each year. The application is online and easy to complete. Login to your student's PaySchools Central account to access the application.

*If the application link in PaySchools Central is greyed out and unavailable that means the student is already approved for free/reduced school meals.
